Launch your floating panel
This opens a second, small browser window — separate from this tab — that you position beside your call. It reads whichever cards you've saved, live.
- 1 Join your interview or call as usual, in Zoom, Meet, Teams — whatever you're using.
- 2 Click Open floating panel below. A small window appears — drag it to an empty corner of your screen.
- 3 If you're screen-sharing, share only the meeting app's window, not your entire screen — that's what keeps this panel out of view.
- 4 Press the arrow keys to move between cards, or Space to turn auto-advance on and off.
Being honest about the limits: this keeps the panel out of a shared app window. If someone shares their entire desktop, any window on your screen — including this one — becomes visible. Keep that in mind before relying on it in a formal proctored setting.
